How to review — and what we need from you

Each card is an event AVA assessed. Nothing is ever dialled automatically — a call only happens if you press Call.

1. Confirm — AVA's proposed action was right. One click, no typing.
2. Reject — it was wrong. You'll be asked what should have happened instead. That answer is what teaches AVA, so it matters more than the note.
3. Call — place the call now. You can type in a number if none is on file.

Two things would help most right now:

1. ⚠ Missing Contact — alarms at locations with no phone number on file. We can't call anyone for these. The Missing Contacts Report lists every affected location so they can be fixed in DSX.
2. ❓ Needs Your Decision — "Input ABNORMAL" events. We genuinely don't know whether these should trigger a call, and only you can say. About 40 of these reviewed would settle it.
