How to read this
- Buckets use Toronto time and the event's calendar day: weekday business 06:00–18:00, weekday after-hours 18:00–06:00 (Friday 11 pm counts here), weekend daytime 06:00–18:00, weekend overnight 18:00–06:00 (Saturday 1 am counts here). Statutory holidays are flagged in the CSV, not re-bucketed.
- AVA calls outside business hours: events AVA would phone about (not restored within 5 minutes) in the weekday 18:00–06:00 and weekend buckets. Current rules covers the hours the Allied rules run today (weekdays 17:00–08:00 and all weekend), so it also includes 06:00–08:00 and 17:00–18:00.
- Events vs calls: AVA assesses a site at most once per 15 minutes per event type, so a door that keeps re-reporting makes one call, not dozens. Weekday 08:00–17:00 events are outside the Allied rules and are not assessed.
- Restore time is the first restore DSX sent for the same device within 24 hours, where one was sent.
- Reading this changes nothing: no calls are placed and no settings are altered.
